Challenge
A client from the manufacturing sector approached EST-Polska with the need to quickly fill staffing shortages caused by the launch of a new production line and an increase in customer orders. The objective was to recruit 20 employees within no more than three weeks, without involving the client’s internal HR department in the recruitment process.
Additionally, the company wanted to minimize administrative tasks on its side and focus on managing the increased production.
Our actions
After analyzing the client’s needs, we developed a tailored recruitment plan and an onboarding schedule for the new employees. We first defined the candidate profile, job requirements, and the priority stages of the recruitment process.
We launched recruitment activities using our candidate database, proven sourcing channels, and promotional campaigns on social media and job portals. Every candidate was carefully screened for experience, availability, and readiness to start work immediately.
We also took full responsibility for all employment formalities—from preparing documentation and handling work legalization procedures to coordinating the employees’ first days at work and maintaining ongoing communication with both the client and the employees.
Results
The recruitment process was completed according to the planned schedule. Within 21 days, we successfully filled all required positions, enabling the client to maintain uninterrupted production and deliver customer orders on time.
Key results:
- 20 employees placed within 21 days
- 100% of positions filled according to the client’s requirements
- uninterrupted production with no downtime
- full management of all employment-related administrative processes
- ability to quickly scale the workforce in line with production growth
- opportunity to extend cooperation with the best-performing employees.
