A client from the poultry processing industry approached EST-Polska ahead of the planned launch of a new production line. The company’s expansion required the rapid recruitment of a team consisting of 20 production workers and 4 machine operators, all of whom needed to be in place before the new line became operational.
The main challenge was to complete the recruitment process within a short timeframe while ensuring that candidates had the required skills and were available to start work immediately. The client also expected a fully managed recruitment process so that its internal team could focus on preparing the facility for production.
